  • 1 cup Black Gram soaked overnight
  • 2Ā tbsp Oil
  • 1Ā medium sizedĀ onion chopped vertically
  • 2-3 green chilly chopped
  • Spices Needed
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • 1 tspn red cilly powder
  • Salt to taste


  1. Heat oil in a pan or Kadai, add chopped onion and green chilly ,saute for a min.
  2. Add the soaked chana ( black gram ) ,then all the masala mentioned above.
  3. Cover and cook for 2-3 min. Remove the lid and cook uncover for another 3-4 min.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice and serve hot.
  5. Enjoy ting !!! šŸ™‚
